We produce 1 million laptops per month in our manufacturing base in Shenzhen and our own branches in Beijing, Shenzhen, and Guangzhou as well. We also have our own cost-effective product brands like BLUEING, SHBIV, and BLUCHIN. So we cannot only own a large international IT market but also enjoy good fame.

We have established partnerships with many key components and materials suppliers, for example, we are the titanium partner of Intel, ensuring quality supply and stable source of them.
Machinery/Production Process
Our factory has advanced production and testing machinery. We have been mature in the processes of ID design, packaging design, molding, plastic injection, metal processing, silk print/UV painting, small batch testing, SMT, case assembly and testing, and packaging.
All our production staff will be provided with intensive training. The supervisor will assign the appropriate position according to their ability so as to exert their strength and performance. It will shorten the learning curve and create a sense of satisfaction which results in increasing production efficiency.

South Holdings's factory has 16 fully automatic SMT production lines, 12 semi-automatic assembly lines, and 3 semi-automatic packaging lines.
Our daily output is more than 1,000 units and monthly production is more than 300,000 units.
Convenient access to Hong Kong, our FOB port allows us to efficiently deliver our products all over the world.

Adherence to CE and FCC, coupled with strict in-house quality control, ensures that all our products conform to international standards and meet our clients' requirements.

We strive to take good care of the product quality. There are several ways in which we achieve high standards throughout our quality control and staff training. We execute the QC process strictly according to the ISO 9001:2008 standard. Our QC department is continually trained in new procedures using modern equipment. We also have advanced testing machines and a high-quality QC team.

All of our products undergo strict QC inspections, including incoming material QC, in-process QC, finished product QC, waste product QC, inspection/measure/test QC, product logo QC, status QC, data QC, correcting & preventing process and quality record QC.
